The wine
Sparkling with grapes from xarel·lo (white pansa) of organic farming fermented by the yeasts of the vineyard itself and without the addition of any wine product. Its second fermentation in the bottle is done with the addition of must, so all the alcohol of the Bruant comes from the same grape. Its fine bubble, floral aromas, white fruit and nuts, decorate a wine of great purity and freshness.
