The wine
Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé is a rosé cava made mainly from the Pinot Noir variety. This sparkling wine has an attractive pale pink colour and offers fresh aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries, complemented by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is balanced and lively, with refreshing acidity and fine, persistent bubbles. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice to accompany appetisers, seafood, sushi or Mediterranean dishes. It is best served between 6 and 8°C to fully enjoy its qualities.
