We have here a very special Cava. The Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties deliver maximum expression thanks to the excellent selection of base wines and to their long ageing in bottle.

Cava Bertha
Marketed until 1998 under the name of Josep Torres Sibill, Cava Bertha is known in particular for producing high quality products from a careful selection of base wines originating from the Penedès region, that undergo slow fermentation and long ageing processes. They make a total of 6 different Cavas and in limited production runs.
