The wine
Undeniably one of the star products from Rimarts, a small family-run cellar in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It's where brothers Ricard and Ernest make in the traditional way some of Catalunya's best sparkling wines. Apple, dried fruits and nuts, and hints of breadcrumbs comprise the aromatic essence of a full and very elegant Cava.
