The wine
Freixenet Carta Nevada Brut is a classic and elegant cava from the Penedès region, made from the traditional varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. This sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and balance, with subtle aromas of white fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by light citric touches and notes of toasted bread due to its ageing. On the palate, its fine, creamy bubbles, together with its well-integrated acidity, offer a refreshing and versatile experience. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany seafood, fish or rice dishes, it is a perfect choice for a toast on any special occasion.
