The wine

Freixenet Reserva Brut Nature is a cava produced by the renowned Freixenet winery, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Barcelona, under the Cava Designation of Origin. Composed mainly of the Macabeo and Parellada grape varieties, this sparkling wine is characterised by its bright straw yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it displays secondary and tertiary aromas from the second fermentation and the contact with the lees, highlighting fruity notes such as apple. The palate is fresh, fruity, with good acidity and an elegant, long finish. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, white fish and light dishes. It is recommended to be served between 6 and 8 ºC to fully enjoy its qualities, being an excellent choice for those looking for a dry and balanced cava that reflects the tradition and quality of Catalan sparkling wines.
