The wine
Produced using a special "coupage" of the 4 single varietals most noted for their elegance and potential for evolution, the Leopardi Gran Reserva Vintage has a strictly limited production run of 35,000 bottles a year. A bright pale golden-yellow colour and with a very fine mousse rising to form a rosary, it offers a complex aroma of elegant spicy notes. It is balanced, dry and smooth on the palate, with a delicious delicate flavour, after its considerable, extensive maturation. A Cava that has been repeatedly hailed as exceptional by the leading wine guides and the most prestigious tasters in the trade.
