The wine
A rosé Cava of great complexity due to ageing on its lees, rich in wild flower aromas and toasty nuances. A flavoursome and elegant Cava, harmonious and full on the palate, a lovely shade of redcurrant pink, with a very refined and persistent mousse. Long and creamy.
