The wine
A semi-sweet Cava made from an unusual blend of two very dissimilar single varietals and a liqueur d'expedition aged in barrel, which endows it with just the right amount of sweetness and some delicate aromatic and flavour touches. A golden-yellow colour with glints of bright gold, it releases a wide array of aromas, featuring hints of toffee, citrus touches and ripe fruit notes. It is creamy and full of body on the palate, with good acidity which provides liveliness and freshness. Revealing a smooth, persistent and flavoursome aftertaste, it is a Cava specially designed for accompanying desserts, but is also ideal for pairing up with sweet and sour dishes, foie gras and strong cheeses.
