The wine
Elegant, perfumed, balanced, with fine and well-formed bubbles... The Llopart Cavas deserve their excellent reviews received from the world's wine critics and about this one in particular, the Llopart Brut Rosé, it has indeed been reported that it could compete very favourably with some of the best rosé Champagnes. A bright cherry-pink colour, Llopart's Brut Rosé is an exuberant rosé Cava in which forest fruit varietal aromas abound. On the palate, after a powerful entry, it reveals good structure and delicate tannins, and is very flavoursome. With just the right level of acidity, a perfect balance is maintained up to and including the finish.
