The wine
Sparkling rosé wine of ancestral method: a single natural fermentation against the two of the traditional or champenoise method, in which the second is forced. This translates into a sparkling wine with a very subtle natural carbonic acid, without added sulphites and with 1.4 gr / l of residual sugars that qualify it as Brut Nature, in which each bottle according to its percentage of initial lees is unique and different from her sisters. Pure crafts dedicated to Ana María Luzmila Seisdedos, mother of Agustín Maillo Seisdedos, co-owner of the winery.
