Bollinger R.D.

Bollinger R.D. (recently disgorged) is the most distinguished Champagne of the Maison Bollinger. This Champagne shares the same coupage as the Grande Année, with Pinot Noir (65%) and Chardonnay (35%) originating from 75% Grands Crus and 25% Premiers Crus, but which is allowed an even longer and slower maturation before being disgorged (at least 8 years, although it can age for 20 or possibly 25 years). The result is a Champagne of extraordinary aromatic complexity and a style recognised and appreciated by fine wine connoisseurs.

Bollinger R.D. contains less than 5 g/l of added sugar. Bollinger R.D. has the capacity for almost limitless conservation, both before and after disgorgement.

Matured in cellar for a minimum of 8 years (it can remain there for up to 20-25 years). The date of disgorgement is recorded on the back label.
