The wine

Didier Mariotti and his team of oenologists are responsible for perpetuating the House's signature year after year. This requires a great deal of experience and a good dose of talent. They have 77 grape varieties to choose from, each one unique.

The uniqueness of the vineyards is reflected in the final blend: a predominance of pinot noir, a strong presence of chardonnay and a touch of pinot meunier. To complete the blend and ensure stylistic coherence, the cellar master adds between 25 and 30% of reserve wines, which adds further complexity and depth to the final blend.

After several years of ageing, the light and balanced dosage expresses the identity of the cuvée, embodying both the character of the terroir and the talent of the winemaker.

Lively froth. Light but layered, quite intriguing nose. Very mouthfilling froth, open rather than tight-knit. and a bit astringent on the finish. Seems a bit expensive. Sweet and sour.
