The wine
The Champagne Brut Trois Contrées produced by La Borderie is an extremely elegant and fine wine; the glass shows a golden yellow color with amber reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses floral and citrus hints, sweet spices and dried fruit. The sip is supported by good acidity and sapidity well balanced by the fruit that is taken up. Persistent finish. Divine in combination with shellfish and raw fish.
