The wine
A great rosé champagne must be made from grapes that have reached a beautiful maturity, sometimes not easy to obtain under the Champagne climate.
The fruity aromas of wild red berries fade towards floral notes, aromas of citrus peel, sweet and spicy, while the hints of dried fruit and cocoa recall the maturation in oak wood. Rich, fleshy, Rosé enhances the fruit's maturity. With its luminous effervescence and the first sensation of freshness it gives, it opens gently on almost exotic notes, on the typically mineral texture of the Chardonnay.
