The wine

By mid-July, summer had arrived for good, with dry heat and sufficient sunshine to bring the grapes to perfect maturity on all vintages. Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé 2012 is a cuvée characterized by the aromatic richness and freshness of Chardonnay, balanced by frank and lush grape varieties of Pinot Noir and fruity Meunier.
