Description
The Brecon Special Reserve Gin, from the Penderyn Distillery in Wales, is a 100% gin made from aromatic herbs sourced from all four corners of the globe. 100% grain spirit. Its characteristic flavour originates from blending 10 botanicals (orange and lemon peel, cinnamon, liquorice, angelica and orris root, coriander, cinnamon bark and juniper berries) with barley and spring water emanating from the Brecon Beacons. Distilled 5 times, it is crystal-clear and clean in appearance, fragrant with juniper notes and hints of cut-grass, vanilla and citrus fruits; the glycerine-touched palate is silky-smooth and nuanced by spices.
