G'Vine is a French gin that breaks with the traditional “London dry” based on juniper and delivers a unique and contemporary high quality gin, with the principal component being fragile and rare, green vine flowers. G'Vine is setting out to be the first gin of a new generation, combining the style and complexity of a 40% gin with the versatility of a premium vodka.

France, Cognac region, mid-June: Once a year, something wonderful happens in the vineyards. The rare green vine flowers bloom in the heat of the sun. In two weeks, this magical and ephemeral period will be over, and the delicate flowers will have turned into grapes.

For the first time in the history of distillation, these beautiful, exquisite flowers have been picked carefully by hand to preserve their exhilarating and fascinating fragrance. Infused to create a neutral grape spirit, they were left for several days in order to obtain the best flower essence. The result of this unique process gives a lasting impression of these wonderful flowers once adorning the vines.
