Sipsmith VJOP

Sipsmith VJOP (Very Junipery Over Proof) is, like all products made by this house, an artisan creation, and this one in particular, a bold gin which requires a discerning drinker. It's a breath of fresh air of juniper, a powerful breath, due to its triple juniper factor: there's a generous amount already amongst its botanical ingredients, and more juniper is added in the still and once again during distillation. The alcohol strength is higher too: 57.7%.

Other botanicals included in the recipe, apart from juniper, are Bulgarian coriander seeds, ground Spanish almonds, Chinese cassia and Madagascar cinnamon bark, Spanish liquorice root and iris blossom, lemon peel, and Seville orange peel. An explosion of aromas and flavours!
