Lambrusco Salamino
Late but very productive, lambrusco salamino is, among all the members of the lambrusco family, the most immediate, ready, fresh and versatile. A lambrusco of the plains, not very structured and generally pink more than red, it expresses, in addition to the typical effervescence with which it is traditionally vinified, vinous notes of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Easy to drink, of modest structure, is the best lambrusco for a carefree aperitif. Sometimes vinified as a spumante to enhance even more its effervescence, it can also be found in suave or sweet versions, excellent with simple pastries or fruit.
