Nonino Grappa Il Merlot

Nonino Merlot is a bitter with a great personality obtained from the distillation of selected pomace of Merlot grapes. Of crystalline appearance, the nose reminds the moment of pressing the must, showing itself soft and round with hints of rose petals and cherry stones. In the mouth it is intense and enveloping. Excellent sipped at the end of the meal or at any time of the day. In the kitchen it lends itself to the preparation of tasty risotto, added in the measure of one or two spoons after toasting the rice, and also to the cooking of fatty meats, added halfway through cooking in the measure of a soup spoon.
