PAttAR is a totally natural aged distillate made in an artisanal way from Alava potato. The exquisite care of the raw material, its double distillation in copper alembic after 30 months of aging in American oak (ExBourbon) and French oak (ExRioja Alavesa) barrels give it a unique and surprising character.
Amber yellow color. Bright and luminous. Delicate aromas of cocoa, vanilla, terroir and wine memories from its aging in Rioja Alavesa and Bourbon barrels. Unctuous and delicate on the palate with notes of long-lasting vanilla on the palate.
Excellent as an accompaniment after a lunch or dinner. Ideal to drink alone or with ice. It is not cold filtered to maintain maximum flavor, body and depth, so it can have a certain turbidity when mixed with water and / or ice, something totally natural.
