Livio Felluga Sharis + Vertigo
Sharis, from Chardonnay and Ribolla aged in steel only, for about six months, on yeasts, it is a prime example. The elegance and structure, even aromatic, of the Chardonnay, come together in splendid harmony with the fresh vivacity of the Ribolla, almost as if it were sanctioning the perfect union between tradition and innovation.
Vertigo is a balanced and complex red. It is characterized by its deep, almost impenetrable purplish red color. The nose reveals an intense, lively and fresh aroma, with aromas of wild berries, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate, hints of pepper and cherry blossoms. In the mouth it gives a full, enveloping and savory taste, with notes of plum and spices mixed with hints of vanilla and black cherry. It goes well with savory first courses, second courses of meat, roast beef and pork and medium-aged cheeses.
