Description
The DYC whisky producers, based in Segovia, have brought out a new product — the first in their new DYC Maestros Destiladores (DYC Master Distillers) collection. This range focuses on the traditional hand-crafted characteristics of their whiskies and DYC Blend 12 is its first example.
DYC Blend 12 is aged for twelve years and, for the first time, finished in Jerez barrels which bring complexity and nuances to the whisky. This blend is produced from an excellent combination of ingredients harvested and aged exclusively in Spain, making for a whisky with warm, roasted and vegetable aromas. The perfect whisky for drinking neat.
