The wine
This wine shows the great union between both varieties. Since the Verdejo variety gives us aromatic intensity and the Sauvignon Blanc variety gives more typicality and complexity. Cultivated in ecological, on clay soils, with limestone strata at 850 meters altitude.
In the view it shows pale yellow color, clean and bright. On the nose there are notes of tropical fruits, we also find notes of hair fruits. In the mouth it is a wine with a very balanced complexity and with a long, fresh and intense palate.
