The wine
Made with grapes from vineyards over 30 years located in Fuentelisendo, province of Burgos, grown at 800 meters. Both qualities give this wine noble tannins, potency, smoothness and a good and long life in the bottle. Aged for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
Cherry red color with violet reflections, aromas of black fruit such as blackberries and currants. Nice toasted notes with great intensity and persistence in the mouth. Long and pleasant finish. Perfect wine to accompany game meats, grilled lamb, fatty fish and cured cheeses.
