The wine
A white with great personality, material, intense and very long. In short, a recognizable glass of constant satisfaction that always finds its grateful circumstance. Mineral on the first nose with hints of aromatic herbs, lime, Mediterranean scrub and more flowers. On the bottom the juicy fruit like the typical apricot. The palate is a bomb: warm balances itself with harmony between matter and substance and marked sapidity. It never leaves the mouth and continues long and mineral as in the impact of the first nose in which all the volcanic and solfatara soil rises.
