The wine
An atypical and very personal wine. It appears slightly cloudy on sight, due to no filtration and natural stabilisation. It has an immense nose: white flowers, straw, stone fruit, quince, toasted cereals... On the palate its oily mouthfeel is most appealing combined with an exceptional freshness and an elegant saline note. Amazing and impressive.
