Allegrini Soave Oasi San Giacomo

Allegrini Soave is a soft and graceful white, a champion among the Soave, able to perfectly combine freshness and aroma. It is presented in the glass with a bright straw yellow color. The nose shows aromas of wildflowers to which citrus notes of pink grapefruit and cedar are added. Soft and pleasant on the palate, with slight mineral nuances and a persistent aromatic note. At the table it shows great versatility of pairing: excellent as an aperitif with canapé with caviar butter and smoked fish carpaccio; paired with celery and saffron risotto, simple vegetable pinzimonies and Ascoli olives. It also goes well with raw fish, with tempura, sushi and sashimi; with fresh fish, frog legs, eels and Catalan-style lobsters. The marriage with pizza was also successful.
