The wine
Allende Nature is the wine that nobody has dared to make yet in Rioja. Miguel Ángel de Gregorio, motivated to elaborate new creations, launches himself to elaborate this wine without added sulphites, a natural wine.
Allende Nature is made with Tempranillo grapes from 30-year-old vines located on a hillside of the Cuestas de Valpierre estate and vinified in Briones, where the Allende winery has been located since 2014.
Sustainable cultivation respectful of the environment and following the natural cycles of the plant with organic fertilizer and mechanical tillage without the use of herbicides. The grapes are harvested by hand and then selected.
