The wine
La Moussière certainly, more than 30 hectares exposed to the south-west on limestone soil rich in minerals. The result, under the same name, is a Sancerre that is vinified half in steel and half in barriques and then rests in stainless steel for 7-8 months before release. A white wine with a linear, clean, clear and structured taste, which benefits from the organic and biodynamic management of the vineyards. Golden yellow with greenish echoes, on the nose it is citrusy, fruity, mineral, with hints of graphite and flint. A versatile white table wine, satisfying and persistent, capable of substantial pairings and of many years of evolution in the cellar.
