Andreola Valdobbiadene Brut Col del Forno
Spec sheet
The wine
Thanks to mainly clayey soils, Col del Forno is a Valdobbiadene Docg with a particular body: a sparkling wine that is the result of a good temperature range and an excellent microclimate, obtained only from the 4 hectares of rolling hills of vineyards 240 meters above sea level, in the geologically younger area at the eastern end of the appellation area, the Rive di Refrontolo. Col del Forno is a sparkling wine of crystalline class with delicate hints of crunchy fruit, acacia flowers and wisteria. It reveals an uncommon elegance to the sip, always rich and captivating seduction. It goes well with any dish, even fish-based.
