The wine

In the Valdobbiadene area, which offers the best Prosecco, Andreola is one of the most active and dynamic companies. Modernity and tradition come together both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vineyard that does not reject heroic plots, with steep slopes, worked rigorously manually. The soils, calcareous-clayey, give a vibrant and complete prosecco, even of a certain structure.

The Andreola style of drinking, straight and correct, is also expressed in the Cartizze, the legendary Prosecco of the most suitable area of the World Heritage denomination. A cru where soils and exposures contribute to an elegant, fine, structured, sumptuous Prosecco. Cartizze di Andreola is a sparkling wine of rare elegance, with a fine, soft perlage. Bright straw yellow in color, the nose has an intense bouquet of yellow fruit in a mix of balanced and refined hints, while on the palate it is savory and balanced. It perfectly accompanies any appetizer and appetizer, savory species, but also some desserts, thanks to the creamy softness of the Dry type.

The Valdobbiadene concept figures...
