The wine
Anselmi Capitel Foscarino is an intense and expressive white, bright yellow color. The nose expresses broad hints of apricot and tropical fruit, elderberry, lavender, chamomile and mineral nuances. Elegant and structured on the palate, with a well-balanced closure and a persistent finish. Try it with sea bass and porcini mushrooms.
