The wine
The Pettirosso is dedicated to a feather that, resting on a full barrel but with a slight loss, propitiated its transformation into a Valtellina Superiore with reduced aging because mysteriously very ready. Only in a few years does the tasting in the cellar suggest to Ar.Pe.Pe. to produce a Valtellina Superiore which is the choral expression of the three central areas of the DOCG. Macerations and refinements are decided at the moment: a personal and very ready interpretation of Valtellina Superiore.
