The wine
A fragrant, finely balanced wine, produced using Cariñena grapes grown in vineyards over 80 years old, situated in the highest, coolest area of the Priorat region, facing northwards.
Matured over 24 months in French oak barriques and bottled using a gravity-fed system, without fining or filtration.

Terroir al Límit

Terroir al Límit is the personal project of Dominik Huber, a lover of the Priorat, a land he arrived in 1996. The preliminary history of this winery began back in the year 2000, when Dominik and Eben Sadie, a South African winemaker, met at Mas Martinet.
