The wine
Ruby red, it has an intense and enveloping nose, with notes of red fruit, cherry and plum in evidence, and with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Harmonious and velvety, it expresses very sweet tannins and retronasal notes of red fruit and spices in perfect balance, with a very long and pleasant finish. It goes well with traditional pasta with sauce, tasty fish soups, grilled tuna steaks, stewed lamb, medium-aged pecorino, grilled red meats.
