The wine
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, white flowers and fruity notes of apple and exotic fruit. On the palate it is appreciated the marked minerality and the lively freshness due to a very well balanced acidity. To be combined with soft cheese, shellfish, seafood. Excellent as an aperitif.
