The wine
The white vinification and the preservation of the must in low temperature thermostated containers allow the maintenance of the intense and delicate aroma with notes of peach, sage and thyme of Moscato. The second fermentation, starting directly from the must, in low temperature autoclave, allows to enhance the fine perlage and the intensely aromatic, delicately sweet and balanced flavor of Moscato Fashion Victim.
