The wine
Albert Jané produces his Auditori with grapes from old Garnacha vines, aged between 60-70 years old, grown in three small vineyards. The soils there are poor, stony and sandy-clay in texture. This idyllic vintage, after years of heat and drought, meant that very low yields were obtained, with grapes in a perfect state of maturity and of great concentration. The result has been a delicate wine, which is fruit-forward, complex and fragrant, but unfortunately with few bottles available for release.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 13 months in one-fill French oak barrels.

Acústic Celler
Acústic Celler is the personal project of Albert Jané (of Jané Ventura, Penedès) in the Montsant appellation, with a very specific philosophy: advocating a return to traditional vine-growing methods, by avoiding an excessive use of technology and allowing the vineyards full expression of their particular character in the most natural way possible.
