The wine
The first white from Tomás Cusiné, a complex blend of Macabeo (28%), Viognier (25%), Sauvignon Blanc (19%), Chardonnay (14%), Parellada (7%), Müller Turgau (2%), Muscat Frontignac (2%), Albariño (1.5%) and Riesling (1.5%), fermented separately and aged on lees for 3 months, 10% in barrels (the rest in tank).
