The wine
The Classic Method Extrabrut Farfalla Rosé produced by Ballabio is a very refined and elegant rosé expression of Pinot Noir, we recommend it! At sight it has a peach pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, fruity, rich and complex notes stand out. Captivating, harmonious, long and balanced wine. Excellent in combination with delicate vegetarian dishes, fish, shellfish and also perfect as an aperitif.
