The Franciacorta Pas Dosé Animante sparkling wine produced by Barone Pizzini, has a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is characterized by notes of aromatic herbs with a mineral vein that tempts the sip. On the palate it is refreshing, enveloping and creamy. Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with raw seafood or elegant cold cuts such as Culatello di Zibello.
