The wine
From a vineyard thirty meters from the sea, on red soils rich in limestone, Biancammare is a Grillo macerated for two days on the skins. It is a pleasantly drinkable wine, where acidity and sapidity combine with delicate notes of flowers and white pulp fruit with an enveloping iodized scent. Excellent with raw seafood, oysters, chestnut pancakes, ricotta.
