The wine
The slate soils and the Mosel’s extreme climate with very cold nights and very warm days, where the grapes grow for making this semi-dry white (Feinherb), endow it with a complex and interesting structure.
Furthermore, the fact that the grapes are harvested half-frozen bestows a huge amount of fruit concentration on both the nose and palate.
A mature wine highly recommendable for the inquisitive who want to widen their wine knowledge and explore this splendid region in Germany.
