The wine
Basilisk is a sumptuous and powerful red. The visual examination highlights the ruby color with intense purple hues. The nose reveals complex aromas with a clear balsamic aroma and hints of berries, plum, blackberry and cherry. Elegant and persistent on the palate, it expresses fullness and roundness in the mouth, a well-expressed tannic texture and a long spicy finish. Perfect with pappardelle with hare ragout, with brothed lamb, roasted red meats and savory aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
