The Brut Nature Introverso produced by Bastìa is obtained from Glera grapes from two Valdobbiadene vineyards: Saccol and Bastia. The result is this extraordinary prosecco, which allows us to eliminate residual sugars while maintaining a good aromatic complexity and a pleasant roundness in the mouth. Its name Introverso speaks for itself: it is a wine with character, not for everyone, which does not immediately give much confidence, but for those who know how to wait and love completely dry wines, this "extreme" brut will certainly give great satisfaction.
Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage, the scent is slightly floral with hints of rose, acacia and wisteria and fruity notes of white peach and pear. The sip is completely dry, but this does not prevent it from being pleasantly fruity and round
