The wine
This grandiose, golden-coloured white is rich and profound, reminiscent of crystallised fruit, lemon butter and yellow flower petals. A saline suggestion reinforces its elegance, leading us to the finish of a historic wine. Harvests have been rather earlier in recent years and the wines have not undergone malolactic fermentation, with the consequence of both meaning a great future is predicted.

The winery has belonged to the Perrin family since 1909, and today the project is under the direction...
