The wine

Bel Star Prosecco Brut is a wine that knows how to express the purity of Glera and the terroir of origin, through the elegance and refinement that makes this wine ideal in any situation of conviviality. It is among the rolling immaculate hills of great landscape value, that this extraordinary Prosecco has its origins, in the place where the sovereign vine of northern Veneto has found a special abode to express its natural elegance.

With its fruity fragrance and floral bouquet, enhanced by the soft pressing and protection of the must from the action of oxygen, Bel Star reveals extreme finesse and elegance, with typical notes of pear and apple and, in the mouth, a caressing and silky foam , good minerality that is released. At sight it has a brilliant straw yellow color. Excellent as an aperitif in combination with cold cuts, cold cuts and appetizers. It also goes well with raw fish dishes, such as tartare and sushi.

Evidence of the presence of the Bisol family in the historic heart of the Prosecco production area, or the area called "Chartice" - the current and very prestigious Cartizze hill - can be found as early as the 16th century. The production stopped during the first years of the twentieth century, resumed in the second post-war period. From that moment on, the qualitative growth of the company was determined above all by the opportunity to experiment new techniques on its own vineyards, a necessary prerequisite for producing wines of the highest level. As Antonio Bisol, the current president of the company, recalls, "my father Desiderio always tried to buy the best plots, the most expensive and steep, so difficult to work, but whose slope and composition were ideal for breeding Glera, demonstrating extreme sensitivity to product quality ".
