The wine
Among the best expressions of the emerging Asolo area, another side of Prosecco DOCG, this Extra brut by Bele Casel reveals to the eye a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are notes of yellow apple, peach and tropical fruit. The palate is mineral, sapid, dry and persistent, well balanced and elegant.
